Chartered Technical Solutions Ltd (CTS) formed in 2009 encompasses the knowledge,
expertise and experience of both a Senior Construction Professional and a top flight
Recruiter, the combination of both skills giving a professional edge and setting the
company at a parallel above the rest.


The Directors are responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the company.

David Graham MCIOB - 23 years construction experience, with 11 years at senior
management positions within blue chip companies.


Marcus Hackney - served 12 years as a Construction Engineer with the British
Army and 10 years within construction recruitment, with the last 6 years in the
capacity of a Director.

CTS is committed to placing the best performing construction professionals and is in the
unique position of understanding what the Client wants – as we have been one. 


All potential candidates will be cross-examined through a robust interviewing process,
to establish the competencies against specific Client job descriptions.
